Document sealing (also known as sealed and stamped documents) refers to placing important documents—such as Chinese and English transcripts or degree certificates—into an envelope, sealing it, and stamping across the seal with the university’s official stamp. This process ensures that the documents have not been opened or tampered with during delivery or submission.
It is commonly required for applications to overseas universities, academic credential verification, or immigration review, serving as an important measure for the receiving institution to verify the authenticity of the documents.
The English graduation diploma is officially printed on diploma paper and issued once at the time of graduation; it cannot be reissued.
The English degree certificate is printed on regular paper and can be re-applied for as needed.
The English degree certificate can be used for applications to overseas institutions, academic credential verification, or as proof of education for employment purposes.
It carries the same validity as the English graduation diploma and serves as an official document for formal use.
- Since June 2011 (Academic Year 100), graduates have been issued the English graduation diploma at the time of graduation. Reapplication is not accepted. If you require English documentation, please apply for the English Degree Certificate instead.
- Graduates who have previously received an English graduation diploma are not eligible to apply again. Please apply for the English Degree Certificate instead.
- Graduates of junior college (two-year programs) are not eligible to apply for the English graduation diploma. Please apply for the English Degree Certificate instead.
After the application form is submitted, the Alumni Service Division will review and confirm the requested items. Once verified, an email will be sent to inform you of the document fee and bank transfer details.
Upon receipt of payment, the documents will be processed and mailed accordingly.
